Shipping policy
Pewos offers shipping for customers in EUROPE*. To ensure timely delivery, we utilize strategically located warehouses:
- European Orders: Products destined for European markets are shipped directly from our warehouse in Germany.
*EUROPE – Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, France, Finland, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden. (*Excluding territories, provinces, regions beyond mainland Europe, and outlying islands.) More countries/regions coming soon.
Orders are processed and shipped from Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 12:00 PM CET on Friday will ship the following Monday.
No shipping dispatched during local public holidays. Shipping dates will be extended to the next business day following the holiday.
Business days are Monday-Friday (excluding public holidays). We aim to meet these delivery times but please note that these are estimates and not guaranteed.
Pewos cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the courier.

European Warehouse:
Free shipping on all orders exceeding €350 within Europe.
Once your parcel leaves our warehouse, we will send you a lively shipping confirmation email. This message will include your tracking information, allowing you to stay informed about the whereabouts of your shipment.
While we strive to maintain smooth and timely production and shipping processes, occasional delays may occur. Rest assured, we are diligently working to minimize any such hiccups in the future.
If the estimated shipping date has passed and you have not received a confirmation email, please don't hesitate to contact us at info@pewos.com. We will be more than happy to provide you with a new estimated date.
We are thrilled to offer delivery to other countries as well! Please contact us at info@pewos.com to receive a current quotation and arrange your order. The delivery costs will be calculated based on your address and the volume of your order.
